• Our policy lasts 30 days for most items listed on our website. You will be eligible for a refund or exchange up to 30 days after your purchase date. If past 30 days you can return your item for store credit. (Some exclusions may apply).

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

• Returns will not be accepted after a period of 6 months since the item was purchased.

• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

• Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

• Exceptions: Custom engraved products are not eligible for a return/refund unless there is shipping damage or manufacturer-related defects. make sure to always double-check your engraving text for errors before submitting your order.

• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If you have an allergic reaction a full refund will be issued upon return of the items.

• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

• Refurbished Items: Upon an item's return, all hardware will be replaced for sanitary purposes and placed in a discounted section of the shop.

• Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or if you have an allergic reaction. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at frolicmaine@gmail.com for details and return shipping information. (Exclusions may apply)

• Lost/Stolen Packages: Occasionally, packages may get lost or stolen while in transit. This is not very common, but If this happens, we will work with you to file a claim with the carrier and try to resolve the issue. We however are not responsible or liable.

Once your order is placed, we will process it within 1-3 business days. Please allow longer for custom projects. Processing includes production time, order verification, quality checks, and packaging. Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate to avoid any delays or delivery issues.

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email if your order is over $35. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate the expected delivery date.

Please note that it may take some time for the tracking information to be updated after the package has been shipped.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to make any changes to your shipping address after placing the order, please contact us via email as soon as possible. And include your name, order number and a good number to reach you if needed.
